In science, Year 1 have been finding out about the sun and how it creates shadows. On Thursday the weather was beautiful so we went outside to look at shadows. We all got into pairs and drew round each others shadows. We then came back after an hour to find the shadows had moved! The children could show where the sun would be and where the shadow would be. They learnt lots and had lots of fun doing it!
